Pinterest downloader questions
What Pinterest links can I use?
Submit one public Pin URL. Supported pin.it short links are resolved automatically. Board and profile URLs are not individual Pin links and do not return downloadable media.
Can I always download a video in 4K or an image in its original size?
Only when Pinterest makes that source file available. PinFetch lists direct MP4 video options and offers the original image when returned, or the highest-resolution image variant available. It does not upscale, re-encode, resize, or convert media.
Do I need a Pinterest or PinFetch account?
No account or app is required to use PinFetch with a public Pin. Private or restricted Pins cannot be retrieved.
Why might an animated Pin download as a video?
Some animated Pins are returned by Pinterest as video files. PinFetch identifies the returned media type and offers those as video downloads; when Pinterest returns a GIF file, it downloads the GIF.
Does PinFetch keep a permanent copy of my download?
PinFetch streams the selected media from Pinterest to your browser and does not keep a server-side file copy or offer a saved-file library.
How do I download a Pinterest video, image, or GIF?
In Pinterest, open the post you want and tap Share, then Copy link. Return to PinFetch, paste the link into the box, and tap Download. Choose a file if more than one option appears.
Can I use PinFetch on iPhone, iPad, or Android?
Yes. Open PinFetch in Safari on iPhone or iPad, or in Chrome on Android. Copy a Pinterest post link, paste it here, and tap Download.
Where do I find the downloaded file?
On iPhone or iPad, check Safari Downloads or the Files app. On Android, check Downloads in your browser. On a computer, check your browser's Downloads folder.
Can I download a whole Pinterest board at once?
Not yet. PinFetch downloads one public Pinterest post at a time. Open the post you want, copy its link, and repeat for another post.
Can I download a private Pinterest post?
No. The post must be public and open without signing in. PinFetch cannot download private, deleted, or restricted posts.
